Impact Analysis is a simple survey and question application which allows you to “measure” what impact an event, activity or process had made on those involved. You can find out what is known or understood before an event or activity and then see what improvement or changes have taken place afterwards.
It is not an application to track or assess an individual and evaluate their performance.
